On July 30th, 2005, we closed the door to our apartment in New York City one last time and opened the door to our new home...our car. We left our jobs, moved out of our apartment, donated some belongings and stored the rest in our family's basements, packed up the car, said farewell to family and friends, and hit the road. We have set off to spend a year exploring and experiencing the people, places, cultures and wonders of the world. The world awaits...
